One of the most fascinating things you taught me what how HIIT training targets fast twitch muscles whilst Strength training targets more time under tension. The fast twitch muscles I am very slow on which I learned that I need to progress in that.

Hey, I'm Coach Stacy


I’m an Iowa native, the daughter of a Marine—built tough, disciplined, and with a no-nonsense attitude. Growing up, I was told I had to stay skinny, and my parents’ strict lifestyle shaped my mindset for years.

After having my daughter, I ballooned to a size 15-16 and felt completely lost when it came to nutrition. I tried everything—Weight Watchers, keto, Paleo—but nothing stuck because I never truly understood my body or what it needed.

Along the way, I even faced a stint with drug use, chasing slimming effects and feeling desperate for change. I believed over-exercising, under-eating, and pushing myself to the limit were the answers. I never liked what I saw in the mirror. I didn’t love myself, and that created a cycle I couldn’t break.

It wasn’t until I turned older that I discovered hormones played a huge role in how I felt, looked, and performed.

I’ve done it all—from roller derby to CrossFit, bodybuilding, and even competing in contests. But it wasn’t until I got certified in nutrition, hormones, and personal training, and worked in a physical therapy clinic for six months, trained hundreds of clients -that I truly understood the human body—and now- more than ever I study proper protocols for women over the age of 35 in perimenopause and menopause (35+)!

I’m a constant student, learning and growing, in my knowledge and business!!

I decided to become THE coach "I' needed all those years.

I’ve worked with several coaches, but no one ever told me what to eat or why.

Now, my mission is to help women understand their bodies, especially around age 35 and beyond, so they can confidently manage stress, balance hormones, and crush their fat loss goals with the right programming and nutrition. AGING fierce!

At 50, as a grandma, I believe even more in EMPOWERing women to feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies.

I do it with honesty, a little bit of tough love, and a whole lot of heart. I’m blunt, real, and I’ll call you out when needed, but I’ll also support you every step of the way because I want this for you as much as you want it for yourself.

I left a six figure- 20 year career in male dominated career as a union plumber, who ran an entire division of men and projects, to go ALL IN on my wellness business.

So to say I take this seriously & to heart is an understatement!!!
